Description
Artten Gallery welcomes Ukrainian youth and their mothers to explore the healing power of colors, music and other art forms. Restart Ukraine is a non-profit art resistance initiative against war and conflicts.
Katja and Sonja Stepanova, 8 and 10 years old respectively, from Kiev, Ukraine painted this artwork in order to help their families and friends in Ukraine during the wartime.
Working together, the colors generated showed the way for the young people away from death and grief, and enabled them to meet with new friends which contributed to a moment of warmth and fellowship.
The canvas is loaded with hope and optimism and the money from the sale goes to children and teens from Ukraine so that they can help their families and friends back in Ukraine.
