Description
Diana Kirianova, a 9-year-old from Kharkiv, Ukraine, collaborated with her mother to create this artwork.
Since the onset of the war in Ukraine, artist Ludmila Christeseva has opened her studio to welcome Ukrainian youth and their mothers, enabling them to collaborate with Swedish youth. Through art, they find a means to balance the darkness with the light, the despair with hope, fostering carefree play and experimentation that ignite new dreams, fresh hope, and innovative visions.
The colors on the canvas guide these young minds away from death and sorrow, while the bonds formed with new friends provide moments of warmth and camaraderie.
This canvas is brimming with hope and optimism, and every sale directly supports these budding artists.
Mixed media on canvas, 40 x 40 cm, with guidance from L. Christeseva
