Storytelling through crafts workshop
In this 1.5-hour workshop, Roses of Ties, we transform old ties into handmade brooches. Led by Ukrainian women, this textile workshop gives form to trauma, pain, loss, and grief. A glass of wine and all materials are included. Bring a tie from someone you love – we’d love to hear your story!
Weaving
Create and discuss
Using recycled textiles, we weave camouflage nets to send to Ukraine. The 1.5-hour workshop is led by Ukrainian women. During the session, you will learn the weaving technique and listen to meditative music, while the Ukrainian women learn Swedish words from you. No special skills are needed. A glass of wine and all materials are included, and you contribute to the noble goal of saving lives.
