“Brainwashing Machine” is a group exhibition presented at Artten Gallery on 13–14 March 2025. It features Russian artists in exile who examine the mechanisms of propaganda, disinformation, and visual manipulation in Russia.
The exhibition is supported by international curators, including Ludmila Christeseva and the Artten Foundation.
“Brainwashing Machine” highlights how democracy is endangered when truth is distorted, dissent is silenced, and artistic voices are criminalized. The project invites critical reflection on the role of art in defending democratic values and freedom of expression.
