Join our online event: a Roses of Ties workshop and film screening. Learn how Ukrainian women fold their husbands’ ties into roses – ties left behind by war – and wear them close to the heart as symbols of love, memory, and resilience. Today, Swedish women are doing the same in solidarity.
Each rose is handmade, unique, and unisex. In a world shaped by grief and migration, we need symbols we can carry close to our hearts. We need Roses of Ties.
During the event, we will also watch the film Weaving, produced by American filmmaker Hsuan-Yu Pan.
